At DeriMondo, we are confident in the quality, simplicity, and superior craftsmanship of our leather goods. We proudly offer a warranty that covers the materials and workmanship of your item.

Our Promise: Covered Defects

DeriMondo provides a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing and material defects from the original date of purchase.

This includes issues related to:

• Stitching failures.
• Defective hardware (YKK zippers, sliders, or buckles) under normal use.
• Components that fail due to an issue in the manufacturing process.

What is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover issues resulting from normal use, accidents, or neglect. Remember, genuine leather is a natural material that develops character over time.

This warranty does NOT cover:

• Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches, scuffs, darkening, stretching, or the development of a unique patina over time.
• Misuse or Accidents: Damage caused by extreme heat, moisture, cuts, spills, or cleaning with harsh chemicals.
• Consequential Damage: Damage to the contents of your bag.
• Aesthetic Preference: Dislike of the leather's natural marks or variations.

Making a Claim:

If you believe your item has a covered defect, please follow these simple steps:

• Email our customer service team with your original Order Number.
• Include clear photos of the alleged defect.
• Describe the issue in detail.

If the defect is covered under warranty, we will, at our discretion, either repair the item or replace it with a new one.
